I'm like a kid in a candy store when it comes to fix it friday, I love playing on photoshop!! This photo is as cute as they get!!! I started by adjusting the levels, then ran simple lighten (from everyday elements if I remember correctly) and then I topped it off with Paint the moon's Jubilee, and brightened it just a little more.
